Plastic table is a tribute to the art of Brancusi: the citation is clearly evident. An object of strong emotional impact, where the 45° rotation it has undergone creates a type of screw effect that permits different views and uses. It’s not a mere chair but a transforming object: today a stool, tomorrow an attractive little table, and always a column/sculpture.
Frame: table in coloured rotational moulded polyethylene. Available in white and black colour.
Dimensions: 65x47x H76.
Through interaction and interdisciplinary exchange Marco Maran forges new paths towards experimentation, proposing an emotional vision of everyday objects. Marco Maran’s design features common aspects that define the way in which his objects are perceived, such as a distinctive sensitivity in the interpretation of the materials, the colours and the shapes, and above all by working on the rituality of the use of a chair, a table or a sofa. The objects created for Parri acquire a profound sense of continuity and permanence within the domestic and public dimensions. As Maran sees it, design affects all the senses, which participate in a global experience that is repeated every day in our homes.
